Read · Build · Ship is my independent software studio. I build focused, well-made products for web and iOS, each one doing a single thing well and respecting the people who use it. No ads, no dark patterns, no accounts you don't need.

I'm Jan Piotrzkowski, a senior full-stack engineer, and I run the studio on my own. I design, build, and ship every product end to end. Each release is something I wanted to exist and couldn't find done simply enough elsewhere.

I build in the open, one finished product at a time. Every product is honest on its own page about what it does, what it costs, and what data it touches. I write about shipping software in the age of AI agents as I build.
