How much does Orbit cost?
Orbit is free for your first three focus sessions, with the untangling timer, Deep Hold, and your daily streak included and no card required. Orbit Pro makes sessions unlimited and adds app blocking, your full history, and insights. It is 29.99 a year, and it is also available monthly and weekly. There are no ads on any tier.
Is Orbit made for ADHD?
Yes. Orbit is built around short, honest sessions and a timer you can watch untangle instead of a number that stresses you out. Onboarding turns your answers into a plan, your first sessions are free, and streaks reward focus you actually held rather than punishing a missed day.
How does app blocking work?
Orbit uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework. You choose the apps with Apple's own picker, and Orbit Pro holds them closed for the length of a session. The list of what you block stays on your device, and ending a session always gives your apps back. App blocking is an Orbit Pro feature.
Does Orbit need the internet?
No. Orbit works fully offline. Your sessions, streaks, plan, and block list all live on your device, and there is no account to create. The only thing that needs a connection is buying or restoring Orbit Pro, which goes through Apple.
Does my data ever leave my phone?
No. Your sessions, streaks, insights, and the apps you choose to shield are stored only on your iPhone. There is no account, no ads, and no analytics in this version, and nothing about which apps you block or when you focus is sent anywhere.
How do I cancel Orbit Pro?
Orbit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Cancel anytime in your App Store settings under Subscriptions, or from Manage subscription inside Orbit's settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
